We all experience times when we feel like we can’t cope, sometimes this can start to affect our everyday lives and prevent us from doing the things we normally do.

If you are suffering from depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, excessive worry or low mood, then we can help.

Vita health Group works in partnership with the NHS Talking Therapies to offer a range of short-term psychological therapies, previously known as IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) to adults 16-years and over.

NHS Talking Therapies is a FREE service and you don’t need to visit a GP to get help –  the options for referring to the service are below.

Free drop-in service:

We are offering a Free drop in service in Basildon – where you can learn more about NHS Talking therapies support and the Employment support we offer at Vita Health Care.

Come to one of our monthly drop in sessions at:

Vita Health Group, Southgate House, Basildon SS14 1BN

Dates: Last Monday of every month with exception of Dec which will be the 16th
Times: 2pm – 4pm
