Get support with NHS talking therapies

A confidential NHS service

We all experience times when we feel like we can’t cope, sometimes this can start to affect our everyday lives and prevent us from doing the things we normally do.

We works in partnership with the NHS to provide talking therapy services, known as IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies). We offer a range of short-term psychological therapies to adults 17.5-years and over, who are registered with a GP in and live in Dartford, Gravesham, Swanley or Swale.

NHS Kent and Medway is a FREE service and you don’t need to visit a GP to get help –  the fastest way to get support is by choosing one of the referral option below.
