Here for you

A free and confidential NHS service

We all experience times when we feel like we can’t cope, sometimes this can start to affect our everyday lives and prevent us from doing the things we normally do.

VitaMinds can help.  VitaMinds works in partnership with the NHS to provide talking therapy services, known as IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies). We offer a range of short-term psychological therapies to adults 17-years and over, who are registered with a GP in and live in Dartford, Gravesham, Swanley or Swale.

VitaMinds is a FREE service and you don’t need to visit a GP to get help –  the fastest way to get support is by entering your details into the VitaMinds Referral Assistant which pops up on this page. Alternatively, simply click the Self Refer button or call us on 0333 0153 495.

Service update: During Covid-19 we are still accepting referrals as normal, however, please note, as per Government guidelines we are currently unable to offer face to face appointments. We are continuing to provide consultations and treatment, but these appointments will be delivered remotely via online video.
