We’ll take some details from you and arrange an appointment.
*We’re also available out of hours. One of our counsellors will provide you with immediate emotional support and take referral information from you.
We’ll book you in for a telephone assessment. Before your assessment, we’ll send you (by email or post) some questionnaires. Please fill these in before your appointment; this will help the therapist making the call.
Telephone assessments usually take 1 hour. Please try to find a private, quiet place beforehand.
Psychological therapists are trained professionals who can help people to deal with problems that significantly interfere with their lives.
Workshops and groups are based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which is an ‘evidence-based treatment’ for anxiety- and depression-based problems.
