Here for you

A free and confidential NHS service

We all experience times when we feel like we can’t cope, sometimes this can start to affect our everyday lives and prevent us from doing the things we normally do.

If you are suffering from depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, excessive worry or low mood, then VitaMinds can help. VitaMinds works in partnership with the NHS to offer a range of short-term psychological therapies, known as IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) to adults 16-years and over, who are registered with a Basildon, Brentwood, Billericay & Wickford GP.

VitaMinds is a FREE service and you don’t need to visit a GP to get help –  the fastest way to get support is by simply clicking the Self Refer button or calling us on 01268 977 171.

Service update: during Covid-19 we are open as usual and still accepting referrals, however please note, as per Government guidelines we are currently unable to offer face to face appointments. We are continuing to provide consultations and treatment, but these appointments will be delivered remotely via online video.
