This community bereavement service offers free telephone and face-to-face support for those living in the London Borough of Bromley or cared for by a Bromley GP.

Bromley Well Mental Wellbeing Information and Advice

A peer support group explores common difficulties such as depression, stress and anxiety and helps people to develop practical techniques to manage and maintain your mental health wellbeing.

Compassionate Neighbours  

A network of people who offer their time, companionship and support to people living in their local area.

Compassionate Neighbours is community-led support for Community Members living with or caring for a person with a long term, life limiting or terminal illness

Low impact exercise

The classes are run by qualified instructors and are provided as a low impact exercise class for people 50+, beginners and those returning to exercise.

Cost: £5 per session (1 hour). If paid in advance for a six week block the cost is £24.

Mon 2-3pm West Wickam, Tuesday 11-12pm Beckenham (men only), Wed 2-3pm Bromley, Thurs 10-11 Orpington
