    We are offering a choice of 4 programmes to help you ‘cope with challenging times ‘, ‘ease your levels of stress’, ‘sleep better’ or ‘build resilience’.

    To access this support we ask that you are over 16, live in Bristol, North Somerset or South Gloucestershire and are not receiving support from any other mental health service at this time.

    Bristol Wellbeing College provides free, solution focused, psychoeducational wellbeing workshops and courses for adults who are struggling with their mental health.  They work across primary and secondary mental health care and deliver online and in community venues across Bristol to small groups of no more than 10 learners.
