Worried about your mental wellbeing?

We all experience times when we feel like we can’t cope, sometimes this can start to affect our everyday lives and prevent us from doing the things we normally do.

If you are experiencing excessive worry, low mood, depression, anxiety or a lack of motivation then VitaMinds can help. VitaMinds works in partnership with the NHS to provide talking therapy services, known as IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) and we can provide advice and guidance on the best options for you.

VitaMinds is a FREE  and confidential service and you don’t need to visit a GP to get help – the fastest way to get support is by entering your details into the VitaMinds Referral Assistant which pops up on this page or by simply clicking the Self Refer button. Alternatively, you can call us on 0330 094 5595.

Service update: during Covid-19 we are open as usual and still accepting referrals, however please note, as per Government guidelines we are currently unable to offer face to face appointments. We are continuing to provide consultations and treatment, but these appointments will be delivered remotely via online video.

What's next?

We’ll book you in for a telephone assessment. Before your assessment, we’ll send you (by email or post) some questionnaires.

Please fill these in before your appointment; this will help the therapist making the call.

We are not an emergency service and are not able to help with immediate crisis situations. If you need immediate help please contact either your GP or go to the Accident and Emergency Department of your local hospital (24hrs).
