A new lifestyle course for people with mild-moderate depression or anxiety, who’s lifestyle and physical activity levels have been affected by the way they feel.  

Support from our Health & Wellbeing Coaches includes:  

  • Contact over a 6 -12 week period aiming to kickstart someone’s exercise and lifestyle goals to help improve mental health.  
  • Help to improve knowledge on motivation, exercise, sleep, stress, nutrition, and long term changes 
  • A different exercise class each week, suitable for all levels of fitness and can be done from the comfort of your home! 

 

Participant’s story 

I recently completed the pilot of the Healthy Living Healthy Minds course.  Each week I attended a 1-1 review of my progress, an exercise class, and a webinar 

 As someone that had not accessed any wellbeing service before I was slightly unsure if this programme was going to be for me. It is fair to say, I loved it! 

 Each week I was encouraged to make several small goals.  These goals where driven by me and easily achievable.  I now realise that each small change has been incorporated into my lifestyle without me even noticing and I’m definitely reaping the benefits!”
