“I recently completed the pilot of the Healthy Living Healthy Minds course. Each week I attended a 1-1 review of my progress, an exercise class, and a webinar.
As someone that had not accessed any wellbeing service before I was slightly unsure if this programme was going to be for me. It is fair to say, I loved it!
Each week I was encouraged to make several small goals. These goals where driven by me and easily achievable. I now realise that each small change has been incorporated into my lifestyle without me even noticing and I’m definitely reaping the benefits!”
