Crystal Palace Physio Group is committed to supporting our patients to help manage or improve their health and wellbeing. We are pleased to announce that we are working on exciting projects with an innovative organisation called Pactster.
Pactster is an online gym for people with specific health conditions, offering on-demand workouts led by physiotherapists and specialist fitness instructors, as well as the opportunity to join group workouts for added support and motivation.
CPPG and Pactster have co-produced a selection of physiotherapist designed and led exercise classes, which are now available. CPPG patients are able to take advantage of an exclusive trial period.
Online workouts (20mins) include:
- Back Fitness Class (Beginner)
- Lower Limb Fitness Class (Intermediate)
- Upper Body HIIT Class (Advanced/ High Intensity)
- Full Body HIIT Class (Intermediate/ High Intensity)
With Pactster you will be able to:
- Access condition-specific workout videos led by specialist instructors and physiotherapists, wherever and whenever you like
- Join scheduled workouts and take part in discussions as part of a Pactster community
