Charlie has been teaching yoga for eight years, originally qualifying in the ‘Sun Power Yoga’ style which combines breath work, alignment and strength.
An experienced Physiotherapist, Charlie prides herself on providing modifications for injuries and health issues that allow each individual to participate in her classes with confidence. She uses her experience as a dancer to encourage flow and relaxation.
