Our Reception team phone lines will be open as follows for making, amending or cancelling an appointment:
- Monday 24 December 8am – 3.45pm
- Thursday 27 December 8am – 8pm
- Friday 28 December 8am – 4pm
- Monday 31 December 8am – 3.45pm
- Wednesday 2 January 8am – 8pm onwards as usual

- Waterloo – Open 3, 4 and 7 January onwards as usual. Closed 25, 26, 27 December and 1,2 January.
- Charing Cross – Open 3 and 7 January onwards as usual. Closed 24, 25, 27, 31 December and 1 January.
West London
- Fulham – Open 3 and 7 January onwards as usual. Closed 24, 27, 31 December.
- Kingston – Open 28 December and 3, 4, 8 January onwards as usual. Closed 25, 27 December and 1 January.
North London
- Harrow – Open 24, 27, 28, 31 December and 2, 3, 4 January onwards as usual. Closed 25, 26 December and 1 January.

East London
