We all get aches and pains, so don’t let them bring your life to a halt. The good news is that most of these conditions can easily be treated by you, at home. Vita Health Group provides self-help resources here. We help you help yourself.

We deliver a range of NHS Physical (Musculoskeletal) Health services that involve helping people from age 16+ to the elderly, from all walks of life. We have a Team of Experts who are committed to improving the way you move and enhancing your quality of life, by giving you the most suitable treatment for an injury or condition.

As per the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy guidelines we continue to offer virtual first approach to all physiotherapy appointments. This includes telephone, video calls and online groups. We are taking a phased approach to opening our NHS clinics in line with government guidance on social distancing to ensure we keep you and our staff safe. We can now offer a limited number of face to face appointments based on individual clinical presentation and with clear consent from you regarding risk.

Our treatments are informed by leading bodies and rigorous testing. We work hard to create programmes that go beyond treating symptoms to offer you a service that improves your life physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Physiotherapy Services

What Is Physiotherapy?

Physiotherapy is a therapeutic health profession concerned with improving the way you move and enhancing your quality of life, by giving you the most suitable treatment for an injury or condition. If you suffer from back or neck pain, a sports injury, arthritis – in fact, any joint or muscle problem – Physiotherapy can help relieve your pain and get you moving again.

We have physios all over the country giving you access to a practice that is convenient to your lifestyle. We also offer over the phone consultations and video calls allowing you access to a wealth of support from the comfort of your own home.

Who Can Be Treated With Physiotherapy?

Physiotherapists are involved in helping people of all ages, from young infants to the elderly, from all walks of life. For over 30 years we have been in the business of improving lives physically, emotionally, and mentally and are committed to making people better.

Physios commonly treat people suffering back or neck pain, general aches and pains and sports injuries. This means we are able to help with any muscle, bone, joint or ligament problem you may have. We also have physiotherapists, who treat issues such as continence and pregnancy-related pain.

How Can Physiotherapy Benefit You?

We have an award-winning team of physiotherapists who are trained to assess the underlying causes of joint, muscle and nerve injuries so you can be confident of the treatment and advice that you receive. These specialists don’t just treat the symptoms but the root cause and help you achieve a long term recovery designed to help you lead a healthier, happier lifestyle.

Our treatments use a wide range of techniques to:

  • Relieve your pain
  • Restore your movement
  •  Prevent any further problems

To do this, the treatment you receive may include education and advice about your condition and your health, joint mobilisation and manipulation, therapeutic exercise and stretches, and soft tissue massage.

Our team are experts in diagnosing and treating injuries and will provide you with easy to understand and helpful advice.
