Meet our Pilates Instructor, Emily:
Emily joined CPPG two years ago and works at our Orpington clinic with the Bromley NHS team.  She has over five years experience working with musculoskeletal conditions. Emily trained in Pilates with the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute (APPI) and focuses of matwork (floor) based exercises. Her Pilates classes are ideal if you are recovering from recent injury, want to manage long term symptoms or looking to participate in low impact exercise to get fitter and stronger to prevent injury.  Emily likes to keep her classes varied and interesting for her students, and are designed to be easily adapted to suit all levels and abilities
In her spare time, Emily can be found indoor climbing, doing obstacle course races, playing netball and of course cooking to fuel her activities!  She uses Pilates in the clinical setting with her patients but also personally, as it helps keep her fit for climbing.
