The Class

Getting older does not have to mean getting ill.

This PREHAB class is designed to help you improve your level of fitness and avoid many of the common ailments generally regarded as diseases of ‘old age’. Such as, high blood pressure, diabetes and heart problems.

It is possible to train the ‘older body’ to improve balance, strength muscle power and by doing so reduce the risk of high blood pressure, obesity and diabetes.

A 12 week course of exercise can dramatically improve your strength, walking, general mobility and fitness. Regular exercise is also associated with reduced stress and improved self-esteem and well-being.

Start Date: 15th October 2015

Class Times: Mondays and Thursday 11.30am

Prices: £6 / session or £66 for 12 weeks
