As part of our vision of promoting health and wellbeing to all our service users we are wanting to promote the importance of increasing your Physical activity levels.  Please see below for a selection of valuable resources relevant to your area that we hope you will find useful.


NHS choices – resources tailored to your geographical location

My Time Active – A local Exercise Referral programme for safe physical activity for patients recovering from illness or with long term conditions.

MyTime PrimeTime – Primetime is our programme of classes and events designed for the over 60s.

Health Champions – Health Living Pharmacies in Bromley with counter staff who have completed the Royal Society of Public Health Understanding Health Improvement training

CPPG Exercise Classes – Local self funded exercise classes


Lambeth Council – The Ready, Steady Go! programme is for families with children between 4 and 12 years old who are above the healthy weight.

Guys and Thomas NHS Foundation Trust – The Lambeth Early Intervention and Prevention Service (LEIPS) aims to improve the quality of life for adults aged 18 years and over who are registered with a Lambeth GP.

Wandsworth Council Walk for Life – Walk4life is a free walking club run by the council
