These short series videos below are aimed at advising you on how to take care of your mental health in the current COVID 19 environment.

Coronavirus

There are three simple actions we must all do to protect each other and stay safe

  • Hands – wash and gel your hands regularly for a minimum of 20 seconds
  • Face – wear a face covering in enclosed spaces
  • Space – stay at least 2 metres apart where possible. If not possible stay 1 metre apart using a face covering or other precautions

If you have Coronavirus symptoms you must contact Test and Trace (or your nations equivalent) and self-isolate at home for 10 days. Do not attend clinic if you have Coronavirus symptoms.

Coronavirus symptoms include:

  • a high temperature
  • a new, continuous cough
  • a loss of, or change to, your sense of smell or taste
