I am a 25 year old physiotherapist who has recently moved to the UK from New Zealand. I have experience working as musculoskeletal physiotherapist in a multidisciplinary team. I have experience treating a wide range of conditions, but particularly favour treating different sporting injuries and lower back pain.
I have experience working with sports teams, and also performing occupational health assessments. I use a wide range of treatment options in my day-to-day practice and some of these options include education, manual therapy, dry needling, and exercise prescription.
Outside of work I enjoy watching and playing lots of sports (especially football), as well as spending time socialising with my partner and friends. I enjoy playing video games, watching movies, and playing board games in winter months when it is less enticing to play sport.
I’d like to think I’m approachable and an open book, and I look forward to helping my clients achieve their goals and get better.
