NB I was an NHs patient. This used to be okay when I used this service back in 2019 but over the past year has been a nightmare, trying to get help for a common back issue for several months with no... such luck except added stress. After a bizarre AI chat bot assessment without appropriate answers, I was sent link for face to face assessment appt, but none were available. They then discharged me to my GP alleging to the GP that they had "tried to contact me multiple times and I failed to respond." They had not. After contacting them again, I had to travel for an hour each way for a face to face assessment as it only available in Orpington. This was mainly medical history again and so I had to take time off work for no reason. Physio sent generic NHS back care leaflet. No follow up.Had another appt and a different physio put me on a few months' waiting list for a back care class. I explain upfront I can't put any weight on one of my arms because of an injury and he assured me the class would be okay - it wasn't. I wasn't given any alternative exercises. After some pleading with a receptionist it was agreed I could see someone again face to face. Again this was mostly medical history - now given several times and not even in a private room - and have been told I will be sent some exercises that won't put pressure on my arms and discharged.Meanwhile the pain has worsened. I'm also not too sure I'm doing various exercises (found myself) correctly...read more

Excellence Physiotherapist service and easy access with wheelchair and rollator or walking sticks.Clean gym area and consultation rooms are always private and with good air conditioning keeps the... place cool or at the right temperature. The front desk staff are always polite and friendly. The first time I came I got lost with the signage in Crystal Palace park but once I followed the Vita signs found the practice very easily!Disabled parking spaces are near the front entrance which is a beautiful bonus and there are plenty of seats available in the waiting area.Fresh water is also available... nice touch! The only thing I have regularly noticed is some Physiotherapists are spot on time and some are continuously late yet still give the same amount of session time - this makes it a shorter session which is unfair to the client (sometimes).Overall I am pleased with my program and the way I have a digital version to work with and monitor my progress or my decline in between face to face sessions.read more

Last year I badly injured my wrist (it has been dodgy for years), but after a few months of physio with Courtney at Vita Crystal Palace I am almost completely healed. Before I could hardly hold a pan... or kettle without experiencing sharp pain, now I can do yoga moves like Down Dog and plank with no pain at all.I was given fantastic advice and exercises that really helped, alongside great massages that really relieved the aches and pains I felt. Definitely would recommend.read more

The physios I see are helpful but I do believe that communication could be improved with their colleagues or they know what reason their client is seeing them about and not confuse them especially if... they’re seeing different people for different things exercises for certain things I think would be better on paper rather then by email or text when people are not sure how to get into them. My knee gave way in March last year and still not had scan done at the request of my drs only a while back exercises don’t help it as knee is still swollen a bit. Can’t believe I’m actually back again after about a year and nearly two years after my knee gave way but still having problems hopefully this time there might be more communication between everyone involved this time around look forward to seeing you all again soon. I know you have been back in touch with me very recently in regards to yet another problem this time for left hip I have now lost count how many times I’ve spoken to you now in about 10 years or moreread more

Fantastic standard of service and care in a nice environment. It was my first time having physio and was a bit nervous about going, but the team really put me at ease. My physio John took great care... in helping me understand the status of my injury and the best exercises for rehab, all with good humour and kindness. Easy to book appointments with very friendly reception staff as well. Thank you!read more

The treatment I received was outstanding. Friendly and helpful receptionists and it was very easy to book an appointment over the phone or in person. My physio Jenna was brilliant in helping me to... prepare for my first marathon. She was friendly, listened to me, gave me great treatment in the session as well as exercises to do at home. She also gave great advice down to good socks and how to tape my knees. It is down to Jenna that I survived the hottest London Marathon to date and enjoyed it! I am very grateful and would highly recommend her. I’ll miss our sessions!!read more
