What are Forever Fit Classes?

Forever Fit classes are designed to help with your strength, balance and improve your general well-being. Improving your level of fitness can help you avoid many of the common ailments sometimes regarded as diseases of ‘old age’ such as high blood pressure, obesity, diabetes and heart problems as well as declining fitness.

It is possible to train the ‘older body’ to improve balance, strength, muscle power and by doing so reduce the risk of ‘age-related illness’.  A 12-week course of exercise can dramatically improve your strength, walking, general mobility and fitness.

Regular exercise is also associated with reduced stress and improved self-esteem and well-being.  Classes are based on evidence-based exercise programmes designed for older clients. We help our older patients lead happier, healthier lives with a system that fits their demands and limitations

Age gracefully in the company of like-minded others, with expert supervision.
