Emma studied Sports Rehabilitation at the University of Nottingham and qualified in 2019. Her current role mainly consists of rehabilitating those with chronic pain through the use of exercise prescription and education while delivering workshops and webinars to different organisations. Emma also works for an amateur rugby club as a sports rehabilitator, providing treatment as well as being a pitch side first aider on match days.
Emma works with a wide variety of patients and specialises in the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries and exercise prescription. She enjoys helping to educate her patients on how to self-manage their symptoms and how to implement physical activity into their daily lives.
Outside of her job role, Emma loves to play netball and occasionally attempts to join in with rugby when she is not covering the teams. She also enjoys travelling around Europe and going on hikes.
Emma is based at our Crystal Palace Clinic.
