On appointment day
Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. Upon arrival, please use the hand sanitizer provided. You will be offered a face mask at reception when you check in. It is expected you will wear a face mask in clinic unless exempt.
Cancellation Policy
Please call 020 8778 9050 as soon as you know you will be unable to attend an appointment so it may be offered to other patients. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment otherwise 100% of the appointment fee is taken.
Should you wish to cancel over the weekend or out of hours, please leave a message on our answer machine or email us.
