An evidence-based lifestyle course for people with mild-moderate symptoms of depression or anxiety. We aim to help people make improvements to their physical activity levels, feel more motivated, and have more energy.

Support from our Health & Wellbeing Coaches includes:

  • Contact over a 6 -12 week period aiming to kickstart your exercise and lifestyle goals to help improve your mental health.
  • Help to improve your knowledge on motivation, exercise for mental wellbeing, nutrition for mental health, improving sleep routines, and building resilience to stress
  • A different exercise class each week, suitable for all levels of fitness and can be done from the comfort of your home!
