How online therapy works
The service is available to UK residents over the age of 18 and you do not need a GP referral to book.
- Book and choose your therapist online.
- Sessions will be either by video call or telephone.
- Sessions are typically 50-60 minutes. You will agree at your first session with your therapist how many sessions are likely to be required and the frequency of these appointments.
- You and your therapist will create a personalised treatment plan focused on your goals and what you wish to achieve in therapy.
