Project Manager

Job Role

  • Deliver projects in line with Vita Health Group Project Methodology
  • Direct and lead Working Group to achieve defined deliverables in line with budget, governance and legal requirements
  • Ensure that the Vita Health Group delivers projects and internal change management to a high standard and in line with contractual requirements
  • Ensure that the Executive Management Team and/or Project Boards are kept appraised of project progression and risks associated with delivery

Skills and Experience

Essential:

  • Managing projects from initiation to completion
  • Building and maintaining productive relationships where there is no direct reporting line
  • Chairing meetings ensuring goals are met
  • Working with diverse stakeholders
  • Working through others to achieve goals

  • Proven ability to build productive relationships
  • Word and Excel Skills
  • Influence external stakeholders to work collaboratively to achieve agreed outcomes

Desirable:

  • Working in a healthcare environment
  • Delivering projects using recognised methodologies (Prince, Agile etc)
  • Project Management Qualification
  • Use of MS Project
  • Data analysis to inform decision making
  • Understanding of mental and/or physical health service delivery
