Vita Health Group has launched a unique mental health training course which is specifically designed for the workplace to help improve access to mental health support for employees.
To find out more about how Mental Health Advocacy can help your organisation then join us for a short introduction to the course with Lucie Ironman, our course leader.
It’s a 30 minute taster session which allows the opportunity to learn more about the course and experience the learning style for one particular topic of the course. The taster session, will use interactive features in order to get a glimpse into how the Mental Health Advocacy Course will be kept engaging.
There will be a Q&A section at the end of the session for the opportunity to ask Lucie any questions about the course.
Delegates will learn to listen, reassure and react positively even in a crisis situation. They will learn how to spot the factors that might contribute to mental ill health, understand their boundaries and limitations, and focus on their own wellbeing when supporting others.
Both our one-and two-day courses are CPD accredited and have been designed by a team of experienced clinicians who will train employees to recognise and positively respond to the signs and symptoms of common mental health conditions, and effectively guide their colleagues towards the right support.
Mental Health Advocacy is the first course to offer a dedicated helpline for 2 years after training.
Courses can either be booked on an individual basis online or by a company to train their employees. All the virtual group training settings will consist of a maximum of 12 delegates to ensure more interaction and support for all trainees.
Vita Health Group’s course is more cost effective than other courses currently being offered and costs £250 per individual delegate or approximately £167 per delegate (when a full 12-person course is booked).
