Here for you

A free and confidential NHS service

We all experience difficult times when we feel like we can’t cope. These incidents can affect your everyday life and prevent you from leading a normal life.

If you are suffering from depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, excessive worry or low mood, then NHS Talking Therapies can help.

Vita Health Group provides the local Talking Therapies services on behalf of the NHS to adults 16-years and over, who live and are registered with a GP in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.

NHS Talking Therapies is a FREE service that provides short-term, evidence-based treatments for anxiety and depression, and you don’t need to visit a GP to get help –  the options for referring to the service are shown below.
